This award is bestowed upon members who have had the most noteworthy sale of a single property within 2022. The significant sale must represent the best or most expensive property in a specific location.
The sale of Casteel Creek was significant in the Vail Valley luxury real estate market due to its record-breaking closing price as well as the size, scale, and unique amenities of the property. The closing price of $40 million shattered the all-time Vail Valley sales record of $34 million, previously held by a property on Vail’s iconic Mill Creek Circle, per Vail MLS data.
