The 2022 real estate market wasn’t without its ups and downs. With rising interest rates, there was a slow down to the fast-paced market seen over the last two years. Buyers and sellers decided to stay on the sidelines as the year progressed. Even with these challenges, our brokers and teams continued to rise above the chatter and deliver uncompromised service to our clients – both buyers and sellers.
Each year, RealTrends puts the call out to find the top agents and teams in the nation. To qualify, an individual agent must have closed at least 40 transaction sides or $16 million in sales volume for 2022. For real estate teams, the minimum is 60 transaction sides or $24 million in closed sales volume for 2022. 2023 rankings are based off 2022 numbers. Those are recognized as among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country.
