Individual brokers and partnerships were awarded 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5-Carat status based on sales during 2025.
- 5-Carat professionals achieved a minimum of $30 million in total sales volume and 60+ sides
- 4-Carat professionals achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 50 sides
- 3-Carat status achieved a minimum of $12 million in total sales volume and 40 sides
- 2-Carat designation achieved a minimum of $7 million in total sales volume and 30 sides
- 1-Carat awardees achieved $3 – $6.99 million in total sales volume and 20 – 29 sides

Global real estate broker Stacie Chadwick received the Top Producing Individual Agent by Volume. 5-Carat partnership achieving a minimum of $40 million in total sales volume and 70+ sides in 2025, went to the Ford Fountain Team.
LIV SIR individual brokers achieving 5-Carat status are Phillip Booghier and Stacie Chadwick, while 4-Carat recognition went to Kim Davis.
The list of LIV SIR brokers who received the 3-Carat designation from SMDRA includes Linda Clure, Katie Fredrick, Sabina Kier, Matt Schlitt, Cindy Sheldon, Kyle Sheldon, and Audrey Will. 2-Carat distinction was awarded to Jayde Floyd, Seth Jones, Leah Klepetka, Doug Pike, Rachel Smith, and Celia Zaharas.
