LIV SIR brokers remain committed to crafting championship experiences for those who demand nothing less than perfection.
Individual brokers and partnerships were awarded 1, 2, 3, or 4 Carat status based on sales during 2024.
- 4 Carat professionals achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 60 sides in 2024.
- 3 Carat status achieved a minimum of $12 million in total sales volume and 40 – 49 sides in 2024.
- 2 Carat designation achieved a minimum of $7 million in total sales volume and 30 – 39 sides in 2024.
- 1 Carat awardees achieved $3 – $6.9 million in total sales volume and 20 – 29 sides in 2024.

Individual LIV SIR brokers Phillip Booghier, Linda Clure, Tommy Karaffa, and Matthew Schlitt, received the 3-Carat designation, while Seth Jones received the 2-Carat award.
The list of LIV SIR brokers that received the 1-Carat designation from SMDRA includes Kristin Hill, Richard Berst, Max Molitor, and Rachel Smith.
- 5 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $40 million in total sales volume and 70+ sides in 2024.
- 4 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $30 million in total sales volume and 60 – 69 sides in 2024.
- 3 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 50 – 59 sides in 2024.
- 2 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $12 million in total sales volume and 40 – 49 sides in 2024.
- 1 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $5 million in total sales volume and 30 – 39 sides in 2024.
Receiving the 5-Carat partnership designation is the Ford Fountain Team from LIV SIR’s The Village at Castle Pines office. Felicia Jenkins and Joyce Paloma of the Joyfel Team were recognized with the 2-Carat partnership award.
