120+ Outstanding Brokers and Teams Recognized
Denver, CO, April 17, 2025 – LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is thrilled to celebrate the incredible success of 84 individual brokers and 23 top-performing partnerships and teams who were honored at the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) Excellence Awards for their outstanding 2024 sales achievements. Once again, LIV SIR proves why the firm has no bench, but a roster of legends consistently raising the bar, setting new standards, and redefining what it means to be a leader in the industry.
Individual brokers and partnerships/teams were awarded Diamond, Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze status based on sales during 2024.
- Diamond professionals achieved a minimum of $40 million in total sales volume and 56 sides in 2024.
- Titanium status achieved a minimum of $30 million in total sales volume and 46 – 55 sides in 2024.
- Platinum designation achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 36 – 45 sides in 2024.
- Gold professionals achieved $15 – $19.5 million in total sales volume and 26 – 35 sides in 2024.
- Silver professionals achieved a minimum of $10 million in total sales volume and 16 – 25 sides in 2024.
- Bronze awardees achieved a minimum of $5 million in total sales volume and 10 – 15 sides for in 2024.
