The impeccable home at 460 Saint Paul Street closed in June for $8,250,000, represented by LIV SIR broker Douglas D. Kerbs. In addition, the property was the top sale in Crested Butte and Gunnison County for 2024 closing at $8,150,000.

The spectacular French château in the heart of the prestigious Village at Castle Pines was the highest sale in the neighborhood in over a decade, as well as the second highest sale of all-time in the city of Castle Rock.
Situated on a 1.35-acre parcel with a luxurious basement, it includes a duckpin bowling alley, theater room, and wine cellar.
