LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) brokers, staff, and members of the leadership team gathered recently in Vail to celebrate the storied career of Dan Fitchett.
Gathering at the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, the LIV SIR team expressed gratitude for Fitchett’s years of leadership as they swapped stories about working with Dan on various deals and projects.
After over 40 years of dedicated service, Fitchett, whose most recent role was President of Colorado Resorts, has transitioned to Senior Vice President. Shannel Ryan has taken over as the new President of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Colorado.

Over the years, Fitchett has been an unwavering presence in the resort real estate
industry, overseeing operations in the Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park,
Telluride, and Crested Butte offices. He is known for his exemplary leadership, resort land & property sales, new construction & development, and brokerage management.
