The 2023 real estate market saw interest rates come down slightly, while inventory stayed low, and many buyers stayed on the sidelines. RealTrends Verified has replaced America’s Best, RealTrends500, Nation’s Best, City Rankings, and The Thousand as a way to simplify submissions and streamline the awards. Anyone who qualifies will be ranked by their nation, state, and city. Verification of all entries stays the same, as does the Brokerage, Team, and Agent categories. Only residential sales qualify. These changes should give agents a clear, individualized picture of how they rank.
