Kacey Carson – Home Builders Foundation
Kacey Carson, LIV SIR broker, started as a volunteer for the Home Builders Foundation (HBF) and now serves a board member. The HBF is a non-profit organization that provides customized home modifications to individuals in the Denver metro area with long-term physical disabilities. This is made possible through collaborative partners, skilled volunteers, and financial contributions.

The Ford Fountain Team – New Story
The Ford Fountain Team, LIV SIR brokers Wanda Ford and Kathryn Fountain, is committed to making a difference. By donating a portion of their commissions from every sale, they have raised funds for a family in need in El Salvador. Partnering with New Story, a nonprofit organization working to create a more inclusive housing market for low-income families in Latin America, has allowed them to change the course of a family’s future by providing them with a home.

The Ford Fountain Shred Event
The Ford Fountain Team also hosts the annual Ford Fountain Shred Event in the Village at Castle Pines. Last fall, residents gathered to safely dispose of sensitive materials with an on-site shredding truck. All proceeds benefitted the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Thanks to the generosity of our community, the Ford Fountain Team has proudly donated over $10,000 to support our veterans in need over the past decade.

Connie Kraska – Helping Denver’s Migrant Community
LIV SIR broker Connie Kraska works to serve the Denver migrant community from South and Central America. She has collected and donated clothes, shoes, and household items. In addition, Kraska has provided meals, transportation, and resources to our new neighbors seeking a brighter future.
Andi Leahey – Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary
Andi Leahey, LIV SIR broker, supports Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary where she sits as a proud Board member. Leahey is committed to championing their mission of providing senior dogs with a compassionate forever home. From raising awareness to fundraising, she is dedicated to ensuring these beloved companions enjoy their golden years in joy and comfort.

Max Molitor – The Denver Children’s Foundation (DCF)
LIV SIR broker Max Molitor and his wife Chelsea support the Denver Polo Classic benefiting The Denver Children’s Foundation (DCF). Max is a dedicated member of the DCF, comprising more than 100 young men who volunteer a substantial amount of time to raise money on behalf of disadvantaged, at-risk youth in our local community.

The Rule Family – Juarez, Mexico
LIV SIR brokers Ben and Erin Rule, along with their two daughters, built a home for a family in need just outside of Juarez, Mexico. The new home was well received and much needed. Additionally, the Rule Family were also able to provide school supplies, medical supplies, and food for the surrounding community. Erin has long been called to serve the poorest in the world and once the girls were 11, the Rules felt it was time they saw how much of the world lives and the tremendous need for basic human needs. Serving on these trips quickly evolved into a family passion for all of them.
Kylie Russell – The Morgan Adams Foundation
Kylie Russell participated in the 13th Biennial artma (art for Morgan Adams) fundraiser and art auction, an event held by The Morgan Adams Foundation, who are dedicated to improving the quality of life and benefitting young people with cancer. This unique event began when Morgan Adams, a beautiful six-year-old girl, lost her 11-month battle with a glioblastoma multiforme brain tumor. It is in her honor, and in tribute to all kids and teens who been through or are going through a similar journey, that artma has become a gift of love and hope.
