Denver, CO (August 4, 2023) – LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is proud to announce that Delroy Gill was named as the #1 Individual Broker in the inaugural National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Top 100. This award was created to celebrate the achievements of African American real estate professionals across the United States. Gill is a Founding Member and the Vice President of Membership & Outreach of Black Luxury Agent Collective (B.L.A.C.), which was founded to support and encourage the Black community within Sotheby’s International Realty. He is also a member and sponsor of the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy and donates a portion of every commission to the cause. Porter-Billups provides instruction in leadership, the arts and outdoor education, in addition to financial literacy, communication, and computer skills training. Gill is a role model within the LIV SIR community and beyond for his philanthropy and community involvement.
This historical award shines a light on diversity, inclusion, and empowerment within real estate. By honoring the brightest African American real estate professionals each year, NAREB will transform representation in the industry, allowing others to see themselves embarking on a similar journey.
The NAREB Top 100 rankings comprise eight categories: the Top 50 Individuals, Top 25 Teams, Top 10 Commercial, Top 20 Loan Officers, Rookie of the Year, Realtist Choice Award, Emerging Leaders, and Community Impact.
Gill received first place in the Top 50 Individuals category. This award recognizes the best African American real estate agents, whose accomplishments are helping to shape the future of the real estate industry in our country. To qualify for this award, nominees must have a minimum of $3 million in transactions or have sold 20 units.
