What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I am most excited about working with the Frontgate | Avon sales team of professional real estate brokers on the Frontgate |Avon development project. The ability to work alongside a team of experienced real estate professionals on the Vail Valley’s newest development is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Frontgate|Avon will be a modern mountain project with a comprehensive amenity offering that is unique for this area. The amenities in this new building equally align with my passion for the mountain lifestyle.
What’s your favorite part about guiding your clients through the real estate experience? My motivation and passion are via the real estate journey assistant the client achieve their real estate goals in the Vail Valley so they can share the same passions for the outdoors which I have experienced the past 25 years living in the Vail Valley.
I treat each client with a personal authentic approach and utilize my abundance of connections in the community to bring a level of networking and sophistication to my clients in real estate. It is my honor and pleasure to help guide any client to achieve their real estate goals.
What’s your favorite home trend right now? In the post covid environment, people are spending so much time in their homes it is fun to see the new development idealize more open floor plans, more den and office space, access to outdoor recreation, and ease and access to the mountains.
What’s your goal in the next three months? My goal is to work alongside the Frontgate |Avon sales team for a successful phase 1 launch and collaborate with the co-op broker community while expanding my real estate network. I am excited to engage with this incredible luxury real estate brand to align with like-minded professionals across the globe.
What do you do for fun, outside of work? My time is spent enjoying the mountain lifestyle with my husband and two elementary-age daughters. We all love to ski, mountain bike, road bike, and spending time on the river together and with friends.
