Johnson’s addition to the LIV SIR leadership team adds a new level of brokerage support and a significant advantage in LIV SIR’s ever-growing presence as a leader in Colorado real estate and beyond. As General Counsel, Johnson will provide ongoing education to brokers, and guidance on legal and compliance matters related to the firm and to sophisticated residential real estate transactions.

Johnson brings over a decade of experience and insight on a wide range of real estate legal matters to LIV SIR. Throughout her career, she has gained a mastery in working with luxury residential transactions both in Colorado and nationwide, including managing and counseling teams of brokers and clients in acquisitions and dispositions, as well as real estate financing, development, property disputes, and compliance.
Prior to joining LIV SIR, Johnson practiced real estate law at Davis, Graham, & Stubbs. She worked with LIV SIR as outside counsel on several key brokerage matters throughout the Denver metro area, the Colorado resorts, and California, making her an asset to LIV SIR with her understanding of the company, its elevated standard of service, and its values.

Before relocating to Colorado, Johnson spent nearly seven years practicing in the real estate department of the national law firm, Fox Rothschild LLP, in New Jersey, where she advised many clients on complex residential real estate transactions and land use matters. Across companies and economic cycles, Johnson has demonstrated her strong leadership and ability to counsel a variety of clients to help them achieve effective and efficient results, making her the perfect fit for LIV SIR.
