On June 22, 2016, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty hosted the Grand Opening of their office space located in the 1st Bank building at 100 St. Paul in Cherry Creek. The respected brokerage occupies the entire second floor of the class A office building, which was completed in November. <a href="http://Philip A. White, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony, along with Christine Des Enfants, Cherry Creek Chamber, Executive Director, and Scott Webber, President, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Over 300 industry and community friends and brokers were in attendance.

At the event, industry professionals were invited to tour the office space, and preview a live screening of the Sotheby’s auction entitled, Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, featuring the works of Marc Chagall, Henri Matisse, Joan Miro, and more. Guests enjoyed lunch provided by Three Tomatoes catering and viewed art curated by NINEdotARTS. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place at 1pm, with fellow Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates from Atlanta Fine Homes SIR, TTR SIR, Briggs Freeman SIR, and Benson SIR present to show their support.
The new LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Cherry Creek office features a contemporary corporate office design with high-end residential influences. The balance between professional design and home decor supports both the business services and products of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. The current layout includes an open-plan office environment along the perimeter for access to daylight and views with glass-enclosed private offices for shared or individual use at the core. The space is highlighted by a multi-purpose room accommodating more than fifty brokers, a floor-to-ceiling glass enclosed lounge overlooking East 1st Avenue, an outdoor terrace, reception area, and multiple conferencing spaces.

To match the exclusive exterior look and feel of the 100 Saint Paul building, LIV SIR contracted Acquilano Leslie, Inc., an award winning interior design firm to outfit the interior of the project, and Lisa Toal coordinated the artwork throughout the office.
