Nobody has more fun ringing in the New Year than Breckenridge, CO. This December 31, Breckenridge Ski Resort is donating a giant television for live coverage of New Year’s from Times Square. With “Breckvision,” New Year’s Eve revelers can party mountain style in Blue River Plaza, while keeping an eye on the action at Times Square. At 7 p.m., a live concert kicks the New Year’s celebrations into full gear. After two hours of live music in the heart of Breckenridge, the fireworks show kicks off with beautiful Breckenridge Ski Resort as the backdrop. Watch fireworks light up the mountain between Peaks 8 and 9, and celebrate a New Year’s Eve that you’ll never forget.
A Family Affair in Beaver Creek
Head to Beaver Creek for the most family-friendly, (and fun), New Year’s Eve bash around. Beaver Creek’s 5th Annual New Year’s Eve Family Bash, “Meet me at Powder 8”, offers games, a DJ, dancing, prize drawings, two balloon drops and more.

Vail Holidaze New Year’s Eve
There are some New Year’s Eve traditions only celebrating in the mountains can offer. This December 31 in Vail, head to Golden Peak to watch the annual Torchlight Parade and fireworks display starting at 6:15PM. Skiers form a glowing train and ski down Golden Peak with a fireworks show following the parade. Then, hit the streets as the mountain air cools down, and the nightlife heats up, as Vail celebrates into the New Year.
