Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes New Brokers to Downtown Office

Writer Square Office NightFuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR) has announced the addition of broker associates Xenia Matteson and Nick Dembeck to its award-winning downtown office broker team.

“We’re pleased Xenia and Nick have joined us. They both bring specialized skills and expertise, as well as the high commitment to client service that exemplifies all of our brokers,” said Steve Blank, managing broker of the downtown office.


Xenia MattesonMatteson comes to FSIR from Re/Max Alliance Central, where she was a Hall of Fame inductee and top volume producer for eight consecutive years. With more than 19 years of sales experience, she has honed her client-first philosophy.

“My first priority is to learn about clients’ needs, likes and dislikes, and build lifelong relationships with them. I’m proud to join Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty because that philosophy is such a part of our brand,” she said.

Matteson has broad market experience, and specializes in the Denver Metro, Genesee and Evergreen markets. She has worked with a variety of specialized home programs and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).


Nick DembeckDembeck, who was previously with Re/Max Alliance in Arvada, has worked in the real estate industry since graduating from the University of Colorado in 2006. As a Colorado native, he is familiar with Denver’s diverse neighborhoods, as well as the city’s ongoing growth and development. He has experience in all property sectors and specializes in new construction.
