Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty will host the Sotheby’s Open House event on Sunday, June 24, and open the doors to some of Colorado’s most exclusive – and exquisite – luxury homes. The event will feature a tour of select homes in Castle Pines and Evergreen, with special themes, prizes and benefits at some of the locations.

The “Passport to Summer” will include tours of 12 of Castle Pines Village’s most outstanding homes. As part of the tour, each home will have a special summer theme associated with it that will provide visitors with expert insight on things such as staging a home, landscaping and design. The unique home tour will also benefit the BabiesNow! Foundation, and participants will also be entered in a drawing for a $400 United Airlines gift certificate. Attendees are asked to pick-up their official passport (which will give them access to the 12 homes, and also make them eligible for the United Airlines ticket drawing with a stamp from at least 8 of the 12 homes) from the Fuller Castle Pines Sotheby’s International Realty office the day of the event. When picking-up the passport, participants will find a drop box for diapers and wipes that will go to BabiesNow!, a Denver-area non-profit organization that provides diapers and wipes as incentives for families in need to participate in programs that benefit babies.
