Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Tom Spear has joined the firm’s Boulder Real Estate office as a broker.
Tom has been established in the real estate market since 2004, completing hundreds of buyer and seller transactions that year. He is very familiar with the Boulder market, and has established a niche with clients who are buying or selling a golf course or equestrian property. He earned his PhD in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He was an Adjunct Professor of Finance at both the University of Denver and UC-Denver.
