Boulder, CO – Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (Fuller Sotheby’s) is pleased to announce that James Simpson has been named Managing Broker of Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty of Boulder. Simpson will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing efforts of the team of brokers working from the Boulder office.
“We’re fielding a team of experienced, knowledgeable and forward-thinking professionals who are providing our clients and our company with an important edge in the residential real estate market,” said Scott Webber, President of Fuller Sotheby’s. “James is yet another welcome addition to our team, and he will serve the Boulder community and all of our clients very well. He is someone who can and will make a noticeable difference.”
Simpson is the third generation realtor having built and starting his career with Coldwell Banker Hancock Park. James rose to number one in the office in just two short years, earning the Coldwell Banker designation of International President’s Premier (less than one percent of all sales associates internationally qualified for this prominent award). James then went on to join Teles Properties in Beverly Hills as one of the firm’s original brokers, and was later appointed its Managing Director and contributed to unprecedented growth. In just three years, the firm became the most progressive, technology-oriented boutique real estate firms serving key markets in Los Angeles and Orange County, with over 100 agents in three offices.
“It’s a pleasure to join the Fuller Sotheby’s family, and contributing all I can to our local Boulder office,” said Simpson. “Boulder is among the most beautiful, admired and sought after places to live in the country, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity of serving the Boulder residential market by bringing all I’ve learned, and continuing to learn from others.”
