Doggy Dip Days
Dogs of all sizes get to splash and play in Water World’s pools at this event sponsored by Mountain States Toyota and benefitting the Riverdale Animal Shelter. Thunder Bay, Cowabunga Beach, and Turtle Bay will be open to pups to playon Saturday, September 6th. Tickets are $12.99 per dog and go on sale August 16th. This event sells out quickly, so be sure to check the website for ticket information and available sessions. Please note pup parents are not allowed in the water.
Canine Rehabilitation & Conditioning Group (CRCG)
With two locations in Englewood and Broomfield, CRCG offers a state-of-the-art rehab and indoor recreation center for your dog. Swimming pools are filtered, heated, and pups are in good hands with CRCG staff members in the pool. Book a swim, no matter the season.

Saturday, September 6 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Hosted at Westridge Outdoor Pool, this event is for social, well-behaved pups who are ready to make new friends and celebrate the end of summer. With multiple morning sessions, check times to see what works best for your furry friend. Humans don’t get in the pool, but pups dive in aquatic fun for $17.42 each.
Located in Arvada, this facility specializes in physical therapy, rehab, and conditioning for dogs, but also offers recreational dog swimming. Owners can join their pets in the pool or have them swim with a staff member. Open year-round, prices range from $25 – $35 per swim.
Paws for a Dip at Thornton City Pool
On Saturday, August 16 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Thornton hosts a dog-friendly swimming session where pups splash around for just $5 per dog (plus $1 for human companions). Photo confirmation of current vaccinations is required. Pet owners must pick up after their pets, carry a leash at all times, and are responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times.

Held Saturday, September 6th at Cook Creek Pool, dogs enjoy local vendor booths, agility challenges, and lots of treats! A doggie spa offering free grooming products and nail trims will have Fido looking best in show. Be sure to check the website for tickets and session times.
More Dog-Friendly Fun
On Saturday, August 16th, Salisbury Equestrian Park in Parker belongs to the dogs! This event helps raise funds for dog rescues across Colorado and includes carnival‑style games, splash zones, and local vendors. Tickets are $20 per dog, with free entry for humans, and can be purchased at the door.
August 24th, September 28th and October 26th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. bring your dog to the Terminal Bar Patio at Denver Union Station to raise a toast to those four-legged friends. Network, make new friends, socialize your dog and support the local community. All dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash.

Head to the FIRE Rooftop Terrace for a fun yappy hour with your pampered pet. Sundays from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. until August 31st, pups can relax while owners enjoy 20% off regular pricing while both take in the scenic skyline views.
