Kindred Resort, located in Keystone’s River Run Village, hosted owners, community leaders, and the development team on June 26th to commemorate the notable milestone of the topping out of the East Tower. Guests had the opportunity to sign the final beam before it was hoisted to its position on top of the East Tower and see the progress of the development with guided hard hat tours.

Boasting 95 luxury residences along with a 107-room hotel and a private club, Kindred Resort is slated to open in 2025 as an upscale year-round destination. Offering amenities that are unrivaled in Summit County, Kindred will have 3 restaurants, a private club, and an outdoor pool, all just steps from the River Run gondola to enjoy Keystone’s 3,148 acres of skiable terrain.

“Kindred is setting a new standard,” says Scott Russell, managing partner of Kindred’s development team, “We’re building the first 4.5-star property in the area, and building the excitement and energy for the new Town of Keystone, as we construct the base area development for Keystone’s River Run Village.”
According to Russell, Kindred will be the first ski-in hotel at Keystone, the only luxury private club in Summit County and – what he feels – is the best opportunity to purchase ski-front real estate in the ski industry right now. More than 77% of the residences are under contract, which points to the strength of this project, Russell adds.

Hank Weithake and Doyle Richmond of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty are representing the Kindred Resort residences. Visit the Kindred Sales Center in Keystone’s River Run Village, located at 100 Dercum Square E8, to get details on this unique mountainside opportunity. Less than 25% of these residences remain available as interest has been very strong from buyers.

The West Tower features 62 residences with a premier slopeside location, just steps to the River Run gondola for the ultimate mountain access to Keystone, renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere. Three restaurants and the ski valet will also be based in the West Tower.

The East Tower is home to 33 residences, with end units boasting gorgeous views of the Snake River, ski terrain, and surrounding peaks. The Keystone Ski and Ride School, fitness center, private club, and spa will also be housed in the East Tower.

“Kindred is a special project,” says Shevy Rashidi, partner in the Kindred development team. “Kindred is being built in the best location, just 50 steps from the River Run Gondola at a world-class year-round resort. Keystone is consistently rated as the best family-friendly ski resort in the country, and it’s only getting better as we all work together to elevate the offerings and the service levels for our owners, club members, guests and our community.”
Keystone is truly a year-round resort, with hiking and mountain biking trails, mountaintop yoga, and lakeside activities for the whole family. Golf at the River Course or Keystone Ranch, both open through October 6th. River Run Village has mini golf, gem panning, and bungee trampoline throughout the summer.
