What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? There are many reasons why I joined but I think what really excites me is the high level of professionalism and dedication throughout the company that provides unlimited support and resources for the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokers. Most importantly this results in a smooth transaction as well as a positive experience for our clients.
What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? I feel very blessed by the friendships that I am able to form with my clients as we are going through a transaction. These friendships are formed through trust that builds as we are able to navigate the many nuances of a transaction together.
What’s your favorite home trend right now? My favorite trend is more emphasis on rooms that are used the most such as the kitchen, family room, and home office instead of an emphasis on rooms that are used such as a formal living room and dining room.
What’s your goal in the next three months? To successfully navigate my clients through this changing real estate market so they feel as if they can obtain their personal and financial goals.
What do you do for fun, outside of work? Living in Summit County is like living in a giant playground. My husband and I love to snowboard in the winters and sail on Lake Dillon in the summers.
